Block combine chain line

Block combine chain line

The Block Combine Chain Line for aac plant developed by Runding is a critical component in modern AAC production lines, specifically designed to improve the stacking process after autoclave for packing. Unlike conventional push-type systems that risk damaging the blocks, Runding's chain-based stacking solution ensures precise alignment, enhanced product protection, and uninterrupted material flow, significantly contributing to the automation and reliability of the entire AAC production system.

This system plays an essential role in preparing AAC blocks for packaging and logistics by combining two molds of blocks into a single stable stack without any physical pushing force, preserving edge integrity and overall product quality.

Product Performance: A Core Solution for Safe and Efficient Stacking in AAC Production

The Block Combine Chain Line developed for aac plant by Runding is a critical component in modern AAC production lines, specifically designed to improve the stacking process after autoclave for packing.

Working Principle

The Block Combine Chain Line operates using a synchronized chain conveyor system and automated clamp mechanisms:

Independent Conveying: Two molds of cut AAC blocks are individually lifted and placed onto parallel chain conveyors using mechanical clamps.

Non-Contact Merging: At the end of the conveyor line, an automated alignment mechanism precisely brings the two molds together without compression, preventing damage to block edges.

Elevating Platform: After stacking, an elevating platform beneath the conveyor lifts the complete block stack to the packaging height. This enables continuous block transport and maintains conveyor operation without interruption.

The system is fully integrated into the post-cutting section of the AAC line, forming a smooth transition to the packing and palletizing stages.

Advantages and Features

Damage-Free Stacking

● Eliminates block chipping and breakage common in traditional push-type systems.

High Automation

● Entire process is fully automated, from mold pick-up to stack elevation, minimizing manual labor.

Continuous Workflow

● Lifting platform enables ongoing conveyor operation during stacking, supporting non-stop production.

Precise Alignment

● Smart merging mechanism ensures exact block positioning for stable and uniform stacks.

Robust Structure

● Heavy-duty chain conveyors and clamp assemblies designed for long service life and minimal maintenance.

Customizable Layout

● Can be adapted to fit various AAC line configurations and capacity requirements.

Runding's Block Combine Chain Line is a highly efficient and intelligent stacking solution that brings automation, precision, and product safety to the forefront of AAC production. It is the ideal choice for manufacturers aiming to improve productivity while maintaining the highest standards of block quality.
