Slurry preparation
The raw materials are finely ground in ball mill together with water to produce uniform and smooth slurry, meeting the requirements for AAC production. During the grinding process, the ball mill utilizes rotational impact and friction to further refine the material particles, enhancing the consistency and reactivity of the slurry. This ensures the stability of subsequent production processes and guarantees high product quality.
Raw material storage is crucial step in the AAC production process. The slurry, after being ground by the ball mill, is stored in dedicated slurry tanks to maintain its uniformity and stability. These tanks are equipped with stirring devices to prevent sedimentation and ensure optimal flowability. Subsequently, the slurry is precisely controlled and pumped to the batching plant using a slurry pump, ensuring a continuous and efficient production process.
