Separator

The separator is used to separate cured products layer by layer, ensuring that the product meets specifications while improving the efficiency of subsequent processes.
RUNDING’s separator features a frame-lifting structure, which provides greater stability and reliability compared to traditional hydraulic platforms that tend to shake during lifting. This ensures smoother operation and higher precision. Additionally, the clamping heads can operate independently according to preset settings, allowing the machine to better adapt to different sizes of panels and blocks, ensuring a seamless separation process.
With an optimized mechanical structure and hydraulic system, the equipment can efficiently and precisely separate even severely adhered products, ensuring product quality while reducing manual intervention and enhancing automation in the production process.

Finished-product crane

The finished product crane independently developed by Runding Machinery is core piece of equipment used to transfer AAC blocks and ALC panels to the packaging conveyor line. It features multi-clamp system with independently controlled clamp heads.
Each clamp head operates independently and open or close according to the position of the blocks or panels, enabling more flexible and precise lifting operations.

Packing machine
