Automatic Steel Profiles Cutting Machine

The automatic steel profile cutting machine is specially designed for efficient cutting of various steel profiles. It integrates automatic feeding, positioning, cutting, and discharging into a single system, making it an ideal solution for intelligent production lines and batch cutting operations.Compatible with wide range of profiles including square steel, round steel, angle steel, channel steel, and H-beams, the machine is equipped with a servo system and high-precision positioning mechanism. Cutting accuracy is within ±0.5mm, and the system supports continuous batch operation with fully automated control of the entire process — from feeding and length measurement to clamping, cutting, and discharging.

Large-scale Shot Blasting & Sandblasting Machine

The large-scale shot blasting and sandblasting machine removes surface scale, rust, welding slag, and other contaminants through high-speed shot blasting or high-pressure sandblasting, effectively enhancing coating adhesion and overall corrosion resistance.Equipped with high-efficiency blast turbines, the machine delivers strong impact force and uniform coverage, ensuring fast processing speed and excellent cleaning results. It also features an adjustable nozzle system that allows flexible control of blasting pressure and angle based on the material and shape of the workpiece, enabling more refined surface treatment.
