Working Principle
The PE series jaw crusher operates based on a reciprocating compression mechanism:
● The motor drives a belt and pulley system connected to an eccentric shaft, which causes the moving jaw to move in a vertical elliptical motion.
● As the moving jaw rises, the angle between the cheek plate and the moving jaw increases, forcing the moving jaw closer to the fixed jaw plate, and the material is crushed by compression, friction, and grinding.
