Working Principle
The aac plant machinery ferry car operates on a motor-driven rail-guided system, integrated with a frequency-controlled drive and positioning unit:
● After casting, the mold filled with slurry is placed on the ferry car platform.
● The ferry car travels laterally on a set of tracks, guided to the entry point of the pre-curing chamber.
● A positioning mechanism locks the car precisely in place for accurate mold placement.
● After the pre-curing period, the same ferry car or a return unit picks up the mold containing the green cake and transfers it to the cutting or tilting station.
● Travel speed and direction are precisely controlled by a variable-frequency drive system, ensuring smooth and reliable movement.
