Working Principle

● The ferry car operates on a track-guided system, enabling horizontal transfer of the panel assembly frames between different process stations.

● It adopts a single motor with dual-output drive mechanism, which powers both sides of the car to ensure balanced and synchronized movement.

● Upon reaching the target location, an automatic positioning system ensures that the car aligns accurately with the track and transfer point, ready for the next operation (e.g., frame lifting or mold insertion).
