Working Principle
The system operates through a modular, synchronized process:
● Transfer & Alignment: Finished AAC blocks are transported via the chain combining system, where they are accurately grouped and aligned.
● Vertical Handling: Specialized lifting modules, such as the hole-punching hoister and rotating hoister, arrange and stabilize the block stacks without the need for a supporting pallet.
● Automated Strapping: The stacked blocks are automatically strapped using steel or plastic tape, ensuring tight, stable bundling suitable for forklift handling and long-distance transport.
● Conveying to Dispatch: Once strapped, the block bundles are moved via the conveyor system to the outbound area for forklift pickup or direct shipping.
