Product Performance: Essential for Final Packaging in AAC Production

The strapping Machine is an indispensable device in the AAC production line to bundle up a number of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks after cutting, pressing and final stacking. The strapping machine is used in the end of a packaging area or system line where tight packing is essential for not product-falling, -breaking our falling down by transport.

The strapping machine has a significant responsibility in terms of maintaining the quality and safety of transportation logistics during internal transit, preservation for products used early by reducing damage as they travel down the supply chain.



Working Principle

Positioning: The fully stacked blocks or panels are transferred via conveyor to the strapping station, where they are accurately positioned under the strapping frame.

Automatic Strapping: The machine automatically feeds strapping material (plastic or steel belt) around the product stack. A tensioning mechanism ensures proper tightness, followed by thermal or friction welding (for plastic belts) or clamping and cutting (for steel belts).

Completion & Discharge: After the strapping process is complete, the packaged blocks are transferred to the next station, such as a forklift pick-up zone or wrapping station.

The entire process is controlled by a PLC system, allowing for fully automated, consistent, and fast operation.
