Product Performance: Key Role in the AAC Production Line

The Tilting Table is a critical component in the AAC panel production line, positioned after the cutting stage and before autoclaving.

Its primary function is to tilt cake, allowing for the removal of top and bottom waste layers generated during cutting. This ensures:

● The dimensional accuracy of the final product

● Clean surface finish free from residual slurry

● Preparation for smooth entry into autoclaving

By optimizing block positioning and waste removal, the tilting table significantly improves product quality and line efficiency.



Working Principle

The tilting process includes the following steps:

Cut Block Positioning: The cut AAC cake, along with side plate, is transferred onto the tilting table.

Controlled Rotation: The tilting table uses a fixed suspension structure to rotate the block to a vertical or near-vertical angle (usually 90°).

Waste Discharge: Waste material falls off automatically due to the tilt angle, guided into a collection pit or waste removal conveyor for disposal.

Reset and Transfer: Once the waste is removed, the tilting table returns to its original position, and the clean block is transferred to the autoclaving stage.

This process is fully automated and requires minimal manual intervention.
