Working Principle

After the autoclaving process, the autoclave trolley—carrying the side plate and finished AAC products—is positioned beneath the unload hoister. The hoister's dual-side hydraulic lifting system engages, raising the load vertically. The lifting mechanism is mechanically synchronized using a precision rack-and-pinion system and a synchronization shaft, ensuring smooth and even lifting of the entire load without tilting or stress imbalance. Once lifted, the side plate and product are safely transferred to the separator station for further processing.
