Working Principle
The Metering Scale operates on a three-point support system equipped with high-precision load cells. During operation:
● Raw materials (such as cement, lime, gypsum, slurry, or water) are automatically fed into the weighing hopper.
● The load cells detect the real-time weight of the materials, and the system calculates and adjusts the dosing to match the target values set by the production recipe.
● Once the desired weight is reached, the material is discharged into the pouring mixer, initiating the mixing and aeration process.
● The system is fully automated and integrates with the plant's central control system, enabling real-time monitoring, data logging, and formula management.
